Welcome to my art studio...

     Largely self-taught—with encouragement and support from my multi-talented husband—I’ve come to the world of art later in life. After decades spent in the structured world of business as a Controller, I now find myself drawn to the freer, more fluid side of the mind. Watercolor is my chosen medium—an elusive, spontaneous partner that often defies control, and perhaps that's what I love most about it.

     For someone who spent forty years mastering numbers, computers and defined processes,  learning to let go has become both my greatest challenge and my greatest teacher. Watercolor doesn’t always require meticulous detail, yet my instincts often pull me there—I paint what I see, with a tilt toward realism.

     As I step into this new chapter, I hope to develop fresh eyes—not just to observe differently, but to feel more deeply. I want to create art that tells quiet stories, evokes emotion, and breathes with its own kind of life.
